I hate this Modern Sculpture it is Meaningless, what does it mean. It would be better if it had People breaking the Chains that was Impeding their Freedom. They could have had People of Different Cultures Ripping the Chains apart .
How about some of those Soviet Style Statues ,about Twenty Feet Tall depicting People Breaking Chains apart
