There is a tank along by Pages Walk, which has been painted pink on occasion. It was plonked on the land by Russell Gray who wanted to get planning permission but the council refused it. For revenge, being a military enthusiast, he plonked a tank on his land with the gun pointing at the council.

It has now become an ‘alternative’ tourist attraction.
